Did you have a blast at the Fall Pack Campout in Colfax and you’re ready for more? Did you miss out and want to make sure you get in on the fun? Now is your chance!
The Spring 2025 Pack Overnight Campout at Folsom Lake’s Beals Point is on!
You do not need to make a reservation with the state park, everything is booked by Cubmaster Oslie. Please RSVP if you plan to come – let’s head outdoors and keep the “out” in Scouting!!!
ONE NIGHT OR TWO, OR JUST THE DAY:
Stay one night, or both! Come join us when it works for your family! You will want to be there during the day on Saturday for Pack Activities
SIGNUP DEADLINE:
Sign up by the March 18th Pack Meeting as we have limited camping spots. If we fill up before the deadline, we may need to close signups. If we do that, you may still attend by booking your own campsite through the Parks Dept. Sign up early to get into our campsite!
If we haven’t filled up by the meeting, we will keep the signups open as long as we can.
Cub Scout camping is a family activity. Siblings are welcome and scouts should attend with a parent/guardian. Scouts may only bunk in their family’s tent.
Important Items to Remember:
- Your family tent and sleeping bags
- Meals and Snacks
- Appropriate attire for hiking/camping
- BSA Medical form A/B
Planned Activities:
- Pack Campfire
- Easter Egg Compass Course
- Other activities and fun as needed to satisfy any requirements scouts need signed off
Impact on the Pack Calendar:
Due to the Campfire activity, we will be making the May Graduation meeting a more local event at a Roseville Park. If you want to make it to a pack campfire, come to the pack campout!
